Rail Baltic's new office has been completed, offering a bright and spacious working environment. The office accommodates 95 people who particularly appreciate the spaciousness, large windows and well-planned workspaces. Thanks to the large windows, there is ample natural light during the day, allowing work without the need for artificial lighting.

The office features multiple meeting rooms of varying capacities, facilitating both large meetings and quiet work discussions. Additionally, on two floors, there is a cozy lounge with sofas, a television and a massage chair, as well as a sports room with a climbing wall and exercise equipment.

The interior design is characterized by Scandinavian-inspired neutral tones that create a positive atmosphere, maintaining a minimalist and tasteful style. The office is located in the Avala business district, chosen for its good location, accessibility and innovative, energy-efficient solutions.

The goal of Rail Baltic's office is to provide employees with a high-quality and pleasant working environment, fostering collaboration and teamwork. In addition to Estonians, the office is home to colleagues from Ireland, Poland, the United Kingdom, and India, making it an international hub that connects Baltic countries in the transport and logistics sector.
