Breakwater

"Our office is sunny but we really love the Cloud." This is how the IT development company Breakwater Technology describes itself, and it was also the starting task for creating an interior design concept. The office is located in Ülemiste City, on the 10th floor of the Tominga building, awarded with the LEED Gold green building certificate. Due to the growth of the team, a bigger office space was needed and it had to be done by relying on the visual language and values of the company. The new office is mainly in white and light gray tones, with orange, blue and wooden surfaces characteristic of the brand added as a contrast. Over 1,000 square meters of space with a 360-degree panoramic view on an entire floor can accommodate 120 workplaces. The office has two large open areas, where teams are divided into smaller groups using playful space dividers, plants and integrated marker boards. There are kitchen and rest areas at the ends of the floor, one wing of which also houses the closed offices of the decision-makers. In addition, call booths and meeting rooms of various sizes are scattered throughout the office - the light-toned and calmer ones are intended for giving speeches, the brighter ones for workshops, and the more elegantly finished rooms are for presentations and client meetings.

OCCO: Project budgeting, furniture sales, delivery, installation
