The new 15,000 m² WISE headquarters in Tallinn embodies the values of modern working life — a thoughtfully designed environment that supports focus, collaboration, wellbeing, and a strong sense of team. Bringing hundreds of employees together under one roof, the space offers a wide variety of work settings: from quiet focus areas and meeting rooms to social zones and relaxing lounges.
OCCO’s role in this project went far beyond furnishing. We partnered in creating a fully integrated workplace solution, supporting the design vision from concept to final installation. Together with LÄVI interior architects and the WISE team, we helped bring to life a work environment that reflects the culture of a global technology company: flexible work areas, diverse collaboration spaces, warm and inviting break zones, and lighting solutions that enhance wellbeing and atmosphere.
